I THOUGHT CHOCOLATE WAS BAD FOR DOGS?! 🍫
You're absolutely right - human chocolate contains cocoa and theobromine, which are toxic to dogs.
Our dog-friendly chocolate is made without these ingredients and we use ingredients specifically for dogs, so your pooch can enjoy a 'chocolatey' treat made just for them! 🐶🍫

DO YOUR TREATS CONTAIN NUTS? 🥜
Some of our treats contain peanuts, peanut butter or other ingredients that may not be suitable for dogs with allergies. If your dog has a peanut or nut allergy, please contact us before ordering so we can check the ingredients of the product you're interested in.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY? 🚚
UK Delivery is £4.45 for 2nd Class TRACKED via Royal Mail, and you’ll receive a tracking number to keep an eye on your order’s progress.

Spend £40 or more and delivery is FREE! 🎉
This automatically applies at checkout.
If you're not home to receive your delivery, it may be taken to your local post office. If uncollected within the specified time, it will be returned to us. In that case, you’ll need to cover the cost of reshipping your order.
HOW WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE? 📦
Your treats will be carefully packaged, gift wrapped and sent directly to you.
We take extra care when packing your order to make sure everything arrives looking as lovely as it did when it left us.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE? ⏰
All treats online are handmade to order. We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Please check the delivery information shown at checkout for the most up-to-date estimated delivery times. Once dispatched, UK orders are usually delivered within 1-2 working days.
During busy periods such as Easter, Halloween, Christmas and other seasonal occasions, please allow a little extra time.
If you need an order by a particular date (e.g. your dog’s birthday), please contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to help.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS? 🐾
As our treats are food products, we don't generally accept returns. However, if there is a problem with your order, your order arrives damaged, or you've received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to put things right.

You can find Flynn's Favourites at The Barras Market in Glasgow, where we've been permanent traders since 2023.
We're there every Saturday and Sunday, 10am–4pm. Located in Section C in the main indoor market.
We also attend various markets and events throughout the year, all over Scotland.

Absolutely! The Barras is 100% dog-friendly, indoors and outdoors!

Most of the events we attend throughout the year are also dog-friendly, but it's always worth double-checking first.

Our products are made to be enjoyed as part of a balanced diet and are intended as an occasional treat rather than a replacement for your dog's normal food.
Please always supervise your dog when giving them treats and make sure fresh drinking water is available.
When introducing a new treat, we recommend starting with a small amount and seeing how your dog gets on.
If your dog has a medical condition, allergies or specific dietary requirements, please contact us before ordering or speak to your vet beforehand.

Oils & fats, minerals, milk and milk derivatives, sugars, natural food colouring and dog-safe sugar sprinkles.
Some of our products (slabs - mini, medium & large) contain dog biscuits. Please message us for ingredients on certain types.
ALLERGIES & SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Some of our treats contain milk, cereals and/or peanuts, depending on the product and flavour.
Some products also contain dog biscuits, so ingredients can vary between products.
If your dog has an allergy, intolerance or specific dietary requirement, please contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to check the ingredients of the product you're interested in.
